Human Resources Coordinator

As part of our Mission to make sustainable living the norm in our community, we are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to assist with policy development and conduct research on HR issues. Potential exists to expand this role to include greater involvement in recruitment and hiring.

Project Funding Coordinator

We are looking for a volunteer Project Funding Coordinator to provide program development support by helping to move project ideas to funded initiatives. Working with REEP’s managers, the Coordinator will identify funding opportunities that align with REEP’s mission and current or future program ideas, and prepare or assist managers in preparing proposals to obtain that funding.

Staff Opportunities

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

The Customer Engagement Coordinator will work directly on fulfilling REEP’s strategic goals of SHOW, DO, CONNECT  by overseeing the customer engagement aspect of REEP’s services – EnerGuide Evaluations, Home Energy Coach, HAP, WET Audits, RAIN Visits, and Rain Barrel Installations. This will involve keeping track of the progress of each EnerGuide customer (60, 90 and 120 day check-ins) and processing related paperwork. The Coordinator will also aid in analyzing customer satisfaction through regular surveys and customer follow-up. This position reports to the Energy Programs and Customer Service Coordinator.
