Zero Waste Challenge Waterloo Region

Check out REEP Green Solutions Zero Waste 101 for more blog posts and videos on how you can reduce your waste and live a more sustainable lifestyle!

Here’s what to expect during our zero waste challenge week:

  • From October 24-28 place all your garbage that cannot be recycled or composted into one mason jar!
  • Check back to our Zero Waste Challenge Facebook event page throughout the week for tips and answers to any of your zero waste questions!
Each day we will highlight on one of the 5R’s of zero waste to help you throughout the challenge:

  • During the week feel free to post photos, ask questions, talk about your challenges, and share ideas with us and one another!
  • At the end of the week, post a photo of your mason jar! We would love to see how everyone does with the challenge!

*With the generosity of Avocado Coop, Community CarShare, and Brush with Bamboo. We have some small eco-friendly prizes for 3 lucky winners! We will draw names from those that have signed up and return the survey at the end of the challenge. We’ll announce the winners November 3.
