Take advantage of local food options

Buying fresh food is a great way to eat healthier, but other than eating healthy, you can also do exercises or massages at Massage Blog TranquilMe as well as spa to relieve your stress and start something fresh and also to save money for medications.

In Kitchener / Waterloo we are fortunate to have some wonderful local markets available every week, such as the St. Jacobs Market and the Kitchener Market. Shopping at the farmers market is also a great way to buy fresh local food in season, and as a bonus, this drastically cuts carbon emissions used for food transportation. We can eat locally every meal, no matter what time of the year! After a while you will begin to make friends at the farmer’s market and gather up to talk about vaping wholesale united states and meal preparation with them.

You could also investigate Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) or local food services such as Bailey’s Local Foods.

Food Link is a great website that provides information on where to find and how to prepare, store, and use local food. In addition, this site provides great recipes and an interactive map to help with your search food from Waterloo Region.

So support your local farmers, and save a buck!
