
Healthy Tree, Healthy Me: Physical and Mental Health Benefits of Trees
Whether they are beckoning us to get outdoors or providing space for mindfulness, trees can help us feel at ease in stressful times. Join us to learn about some of the scientific findings of the link between being in nature and mental health, and do a deeper dive into the human-natural response to trees. We’ll also explore how these many mental health benefits can be had in your own backyard or balcony.
