Guelph’s tree rebate pilot: Planting and Caring for Trees in the City
Did you know that trees are part of the natural water cycle? Trees absorb and retain the rain. In the process, they help to reduce flooding, keep our cities cool on hot summer days, and contribute to making our neighbourhoods great places to live.
As our cities grow and we expand hard surfaces from new homes, additions, and patios, valuing our existing trees and planting new ones becomes ever more important. But where should you begin? Attend this webinar for tips to help trees in your own yard and learn how you can participate in the City of Guelph’s tree planting rebate pilot program.
Note: registration for this event is open to residents of the City of Guelph only.

Hi Mary! This is an event that we ran in 2021. We are an environmental charity and do work with the City of Guelph, but we do not run the Healthy Landscapes program.
